Morning has broken

Morning has broken,

Like the first morning....

Blackbird has spoken,

...like the first bird.

Praise for the singing, praise for the morning

Praise for them springing fresh from the world.

Sung by Cat Stevens. Lyrics by Eleanor Farjean.

I wanted to share one of my glorious mornings I had this weekend with you.

Thank you so much from another northern Michigan resident. Right now with all the mud, bare trees and no sun, you've brought back home to me why I believe living up here can be literally spiritual.

What a morning you must have had! These photos are just stunning! I sometimes I wish I didn't live in suburbia. I mean, it is nice to have a store within walking distance, but just once I would like to step outside to see a deer or a racoon in my back yard. I guess I'll just have to settle for squirrels, rabbits, and birds.

Stunning photographs!

Also, thanks for your kind words re: Jim's recovery from heart surgery. He will be coming home early this week. The power of the body to heal is amazing! Please keep us in your prayers. Blessings to you! Coralie
