Kayaking...

I went kayaking on Little Bradford Lake this morning. Nothing like paddling through calm water and enjoying the crisp air as you listen to the birds...

Now that must be a lot of fun. I don't think I could do that now, but in my younger years I bet I would have to try.

The water looks absolutely perfect... what a beautiful area. Makes me want to pull out my bellyboat and flyrod and do a little flyfishing around the area... so pristine!

Aah, so peaceful, really in nature because you see no people there! So jealous - I have to go to another state to be in nature without someone aroun:)

Your photos make me want to take a kayak ride through such beauty and tranquility. Do you find such excursions quiet your soul and give you perspective? That is what your pictures do for me.

I bet the only thing you could hear were birds and the rippling of the water from your kayak.
Heaven!

Benny & Patsy - I think you still could do this! They have great stable beginner kayaks! :-)

Michele - You would love the fly fishing in Michigan! Especially on the Ausable River - it's my hubby's favorite.

Nature Lovin - That's what I like about the kayak - I do all the work but it's all for me - lol!!
P.S. Hoping we can connect in the next couple weeks...

Jeannette - the solitude and the quietness are the best part of kayaking! :)

Kathy B - yes it does! It just frees my mind....

Busy Bee - thank you!

Judy - thanks - it looks even better in person!

Nick - I can only imagine the beautiful photos YOU could get from a kayak! You need one!!

Retired One - those were exactly the noises I heard - music to my ears....
