End of Autumn

Yesterday is history. Tomorrow is a mystery. And today? Today is a gift. That's why we call it the present.

Gorgeous Shelley... The maples continue to bloom and show off their beauty---even after all of the other trees are brown and bare...

Love that quote also. Life is a GIFT.
Hugs,
Betsy

Today is a gift, and we really don't know when our last "today" is, do we?

I love the autumn and am already missing the beautiful leaf color as the storms here are blowing and drowning it all away....beautiful photo.

I grew up in Ionia County. My family travelled and camped all over the state every summer break.
I know a lot of the places you've photographed. My sister used to live in Traverse City. that's one of my favorite Michigan towns. I worked at Grand Hotel on Mackinac for several summers.

I love your blog, although it makes me homesick. I live in Salt Lake City now, and I haven't been home for years. At least I can virtually visit through your blog.

Thanks.
