I was checking different blogs today...Hi, Shellmo. I was checking different blogs today & found yours. I live about 17 miles from Gaylord towards Alba. My husband was born & raised in Gaylord & works @ the post office there. I was born & raised in Newberry in the UP. We have a cabin near Whitefish Point that we get to as often as we can. In the winter we have to snowshoe or ski in because of the snow. My husband has fished most of the lakes around here & hunted alot of the area. We also love to watch the birds & keep several feeders out year round. We get alot of pileated woodpeckers here as well and wild turkeys. We see an occasional deer but not often. We see alot of tracks, though. We live in the woods on 10 acres & it's very peaceful & serene. I'm retired and craft alot. It was wonderful to visit your different blogs & I'm adding you to my bloglist. Stop by my blog for a visit if you get a chance. Someday I would love to live in a small log cabin.

blessings,
~ Pam ~basketsnprimshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07590982915533843331noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-318346581452834306.post-35755203446484340852008-11-22T13:02:00.000-08:002008-11-22T13:02:00.000-08:00another great photo.
